ListConsole.com gives you the ability to generate your lists!
No longer do you have to purchase expensive telemarketing telephone lists. Now you can build your own list of telephone numbers!
To generate a list you simply enter the telephone number prefix, the lower and upper numbers in the range, select if you want the telephone number list in csv or xml format and click the generate button.
For example to generate all the numbers between 212-999-0000 and 212-999-9999 then you set the Prefix as 2129999 then the Lower number to 0000 and the Higher number to 9999.

ListConsole.com will then generate your telephone number list and automatically randomize the order. Then you are asked where to save the telephone list and you can save it then use it as you wish.
As these are generated lists of numbers for a particular range, they will not all be valid telephone numbers. If used as a telephone list you must take care to observe any Do Not Call regulations. You must scrub generated lists before calling them.
